the Australian Embassy Bangkok.
As your purpose of visit is to accompany and take care of your aunt who is
ill and stay in a hospital in Australia,
a medical examination is required before the visa application is further
processed.
You are advised to undertake the medical examination in one of the panel
hospitals of the Australian Embassy with more details below.
In the north-eastern part of Thailand there is one panel hospital – Aek
Udon International Hospital (Tel. +66 (o)42 342 555).
In Bangkok there are two panel hospital as follows:
(1) Bangkok General Hospital – Tel. 02 310 3000
(2) BNH – Tel. 02 686 2700
Attached is the health examination letter that you may have to present to
the panel hospital/doctor along
with your passport.
Please note that you do not have to wait for the result at the hospital;
it will be sent directly to the Australian Embassy.
