It is well noted that advertising attention has a tendency to lure your evil instincts. In fact, many people are likely to follow bad traits demonstrated through famous stars from ad. As a consequence, people often buy goods without enough consideration. To wit, consumers may not actually need it but they buy goods impulsively soon after they watch the advertising. Furthermore, as many customers buy a particular product due to its advertising campaign, the other people may be affected by the trend, even if the product is not of the real needs of the society.
Despite many advertisements are aired and printed freely, actions should be done to prevent consumers from being exploited. First and foremost, legislation about the contents of advertisement should be created. This is clearly important as many companies tend to promote products which are disadvantages to consumers, such as cigarette. Another point to note is for the government to modify the law so that they could ensure advertisers must be honest in terms of the quality of the product or brand which they sell.
