B. Optimizing business flow of insurance company
Business flow is mainly composed of three parts I.e.
marketing, sale and customer service. Optimization and
rebuilding of business flow conducted through CRM system
intend to establish new function module conforming with
corporate demands, and form closed loop of comprehensive
corporate front-end business flow. In CRM environment,
business flow rebuilding of insurance company must realize
following function: Work out marketing strategy and target
according to customer orientation of company; Manage
various channels and modes of activity implementation, or
adjust activity process; Design highly targeted and efficient
market promotion activity; Perform marketing analysis, and
give consultative opinion for decision making.
