• Set and develop suitable training needs and training roadmap for employees.
• Cooperate to ensure compliance and set training procedure that consists with ISO system (training needs, training plan, training implement, training evaluation and training record).
• Manage significant training program for employees.
• Be internal instructor for orientation program and follow up & evaluation new employees
• Evaluate and certify knowledge & skill for employees.
• Handle training budget (> 30 million Baht/year) and administrative tasks.
• Report in-house and outside training and coordinate with the Ministry of Labor & Government.
• Design and develop manuals, guidelines and other materials for training class and self-learning.
• Application of IT working to end stop working process complex.
• Set activity for team building seminar, Top Management visit and monthly HRD’s activity.
• Management activities BMI weight workout.
• Organized activities such as photo contest.
