We appreciate to clarify this issue that for the online payment which concerned to the credit card not to present environment, we required to audit all purchased transactions in attempt to minimize the credit card fraud and protect passenger's personal information from an unauthorized activities.
In this regard, to secure the online transaction and protect the account from any unauthorized , our online payment restriction required that the card holder is one of the traveler in the itinerary and should process the verification at the airport check-in counter by presenting the credit card that was originally used for the corresponding purchase. We regret to inform that the verification has not been completely yet when process the payment for third party or the verified by visa card.
In accordance with the payment restriction, we required to do the refund under the old booking but the fare remain as original purchased while processing the new payment.
