As I've read the given article, it's surprising me that 'clean eating' benefits us so much. According to its concept, it is about eating real food as the the way nature delivered it. Clean foods are un or minimally processed and made them as close to their natural.
So what we'll get from clean eating is to have many health benefits. Moreover, it will also provide many nutrients if we eat a well-balanced diet.
I have to try it and hope it will work.
