Hello! I’m Paksa, in this video I will introduce you a menu call Budu and Grill fish. This is local food in southern of Thailand. Okay I will begin with the ingredients.
This is Budu or anchovy sauce. It is a kind of preserved fish made with anchovy and fish, and famous traditional dipping source in Malaysia, marketed extensively in Kelantan Terengganu and southern of Thailand. Sugar, lime juice, chili, lemon grass, fish and vegetable
First of all carve the fish (Always wash your hand before and after handing fish) and bring to grill in the stove, let the fish cook for 2 to 3 minutes and reverse it until it is done the way you like it, then move to the plate
Next put anchovy in the bowl, add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolved. Okay this is chili put them in the bowl, lime juice, lemon grass. Put everything all together and stir all.
Finally put them onto the cup and now I can prepare for serving. It is used eaten with fish, rice, and raw vegetables.
