Anyhow you must make you plan now or start tomorrow if you go on go on it's not so good. You must think who to organize you and your body a plan for you and your body. If you do same way as before you will again sleep hospital soon. Ok it's easy said I agree but without plan no way. You have to look at your body and health you have to look at you job and work. Don't just go on but think what parameters you can change or improve.
