1. Scheme is not applicable to country Manager and Dept Head recommending candidates to join their own dept.
2. Fees of THB 9,000 per candidate for payout with salary shall effect after new Employee’s employment has been confirmed; passed probation and where recipient has not resigned from company.
3. Referral Fees are gross payment and Company does not bear any Employee’s contributors or taxes; if any.
4. Inform your friend to include your name as referral in their CVs while sending to Country Manager
