Dear Supplier Representative,
Jatco is committed to a continue and sustainable growth with our Suppliers, one must in our organization is to keep good quality coming from our suppliers, unfortunately when we experience any quality concern, due to lack of responsiveness and reaction speed in some cases, we are putting on risk our production & our quality to customers.
Effective on Sep 8th, 2015, SQA department will develop an PIR Escalation Path Notice for those suppliers not submitting on time Corrective Actions.
This will assure your we collaborate together to close PIR concern within our target of 14 days after notification.
PIR Escalation Notice will be sent an automatic daily email as remainder for suppliers to close their open concerns, rules will be apply for:
o Escalation Path will have two Levels:
§ Level 1 → PIRs without response in 10~14 days, daily reminder will be send to QA department (Staff, Supervisor and Manager).
§ Level 2 → PIRs without response more than 14 days, daily reminder will be send to Plant Manager or President + QA members.
