- Thailand Market Specific - Parts Revenue per UIO and Market Share

The Target Amounts of the Thailand Bangkok Local Bonus Plan have been developed for distributing bonus awards on a fair and equitable basis
whilst giving due consideration to the Company's Pay for Performance philosophy.
Company Business Performance Bonus (BPB)
Your 2015 Target BPB Amount Assuming 100% payment Company Business Performance Achievement : THB 81,204.-
(amount at Achiever performance)
Your Target Bonus Amount as above reflects the cash payment you will receive if planned company performance levels are achieved at 100%
and your performance is at Achiever level. If the actual company performance levels are above or below the company objectives, bonus payments
would be lower or higher than the target bonus amount. In fact payments could be as low as 0% or as high as 200% of target based on the degree
by which business metrics have been achieved or not achieved.
Employee Individual Performance Bonus (IPB)
Your 2015 Target Bonus Amount : THB 40,578.-

Target Bonus Amounts are consistent across Salary Grade Level in the organization. The above amount is the target at Achiever level of performance
for your specific Salary Grade. It will not change unless your Leadership Level/Salary Grade changes prior to 31st December 2015. In case your
Leadership Level/Salary Grade is changed during the calendar year the target bonus award will be pro-rated based on the number of months worked
at each Leadership level/Salary Grade.
Both Company Business Performance Bonus and Employee Individual Performance Bonus will be paid in March 2016. Employees must retain
employment status on the day the bonus is paid. Employees who were hired on or before 31st December 2015 are eligible for pro-rated 2015
GSR/LL6 local bonus awards based on their months of service during the performance year 2015.
For transferring employees across location/entity e.g. Ford-BKK, FTM and AAT. The bonus payout will be pro-rated between the current and previous
location/entity’s terms and conditions.
Fixed Bonus on base salary will be paid separately in December 2015 and prorated for employees completing less than 12 months service at time
of payment.
If you are an International Service Employee (ISE), you are assigned to the country salary plan where your base compensation is paid.
