Bachelors degree in a discipline such as Business Administration is desirable
A deep familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, MS-Word) is desirable
Previous experience of detailed process management
Liase with internal departments
Help process sales to close in a timely manner
Maintain database and updating information for new and existing contracts
Assure standardization of contract terms and conditions across all agreement types
Prepare Report
Ensure efficient Document Management Systems are in place
