OL Private Counsel Pte Ltd. is looking for service oriented individuals who are disciplined, self-motivated, and highly organized. Client satisfaction is our firm’s highest priority and the foundational responsibility of the Client Service Managers will be to ensure that the needs and expectations of our clients are fully satisfied.
The Client Service Manager will ensure client satisfaction both through timely, polite and caring contact with clients and through managing the client’s projects to ensure that they are completed ahead of deadlines and are satisfactory to the clients. Experience and skill in both customer service and project management are required for this position.
Responsibilities
Satisfy client’s needs through:
• Developing a relationship of trust with Canadian clients through consistent communication and reliably carrying out responsibilities
• Solving client’s problems and answering their questions by drawing upon the expertise within the firm
• Collecting client information needed for planning and entering it into the system
• Assisting in developing a plan to solve client’s problems
• Managing clients projects to ensure all steps are carried out in a timely manner
• Ensuring there is constant and clear communication within the firm
• Ensuring that client’s accounts are kept in good standing through the signing of contracts and collecting payments
• Dressing and acting professionally and mature
• Working until the clients needs are addressed
Job Requirements
• Customer service skills and experience (3+ years' experience in help desk, account management, relationship management, or similar fields)
• Project management and organizational skills and experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Articulate and sophisticated in verbal and written English
• Excellent team building and communications skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Committed to a long-term position
• Citizen or permanent resident of Thailand
Job Schedule
This position will involve communication with clients in Canada and staff members located in various time zones around the world. Since our ultimate goal is to satisfy the needs of our clients the schedule will be adjusted according to their needs. Normally however Client Service Managers will work from Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 am to 1:00 pm.
*Salary will be considered depending on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
