Therefore, we hypothesized that postharvest application of OA
will affect activities of fruit softening and antioxidative enzymes.
Hence, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of
postharvest application of OA on the activities of fruit softening and
antioxidative enzymes as well as biochemical attributes of ‘Samar
Bahisht Chaunsa’ mango fruit quality during ripening and cold
storage.
