* If your customer could found any damaged cargo before pick up cargo that they should asking the Wharf-Survey Report from the Warehouse at Terminal and send claims letter to their marine insurance First if any,
* If customer have not marine insurance that they should submit claims to you and forward all documents with your support letter to Shipco and then we will forward all documents to loading agent to investigate and claims process on later..
