Thank you for informing us. But I believe we have to say that we are quite disappointed that the shipment is delayed again. To note that this is not the first time and not the second time our shipment is delayed.
We are on a very tight schedule due to our commitment to certain projects and it is crucial that we do not miss the deadline imposed otherwise we will be facing daily penalty.
As it stands right now, because this shipment is expected to arrive on 21/02/16, we are just a few days before we are expected to deliver the final products and it is really tight.
I believe it is quite impossible to get the shipment to leave earlier now, but please, this shipment CANNOT be delayed any further.
We would be extremely grateful if the shipments in the future are not delayed as we order based on our commitments on projects.
Otherwise, we could also arrange for the transportation from our shipping agents.
Please have a talk with your logistics department to avoid any future problems.
