2.9.2. Ferric reducing antioxidant power
The ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) of different concentrations (0.15–20 mg/mL) of EOs samples was determined by using the potassium ferricyanide–ferric chloride method (Oyaizu, 1986). The FRAP of the samples was estimated in terms of Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) in mM/L Trolox as mean of three replicates.
