Methods
The data are obtained from two questionnaires. The first
questionnaire contained three open questions that were meant
to determine which aspects of teaching and learning were
most important to the students.
• What do you think are the most important differences
between the jigsaw-classroom lessons and the lessons
you normally have in chemistry class?
• What is your opinion on working in a jigsaw classroom?
What did you like the most about it, and what
could be improved?
• Why do you think the teacher chose to use the jigsawclassroom
method of teaching for the last few lessons?
