As we know, this issue has been for 6 months. I and Thai Polymer has been hung on the verge. We have convinced the customer to waiting us for the new good production.
I know that no one would not want to get this problem. But, please, the new shipment date is the most important information for discussion with the customer.
On the other hand, I also want to know that why TIL didn’t alert us when they found this issue, why they left until the shipment date has passed.
