As noted from the below email about the ship date that found a lot of delay (on the yellow/pink highlight) since March and never get the containers done also booking confirmation.
Since those orders had provided into our system in advance 2 months, now we had delay the customer 2 months in order to get the booking confirmation. Please noted that this was NOT ACCEPTABLE for those delay occurred at our side without notice and did not ask to DHL for further communication in order to get the job done and follow up closely for all shipments without delay.
