7. Maintenance of the Leased Properly and expenses
7.1 Lessor shall maintain the leased property on behalf of lessee according to the schedule (10) . However the cost of consumption or repair cost, replace cost parts caused by Lessee’s improper use, negligent, willful act or default shall be account of Lessee.
7.2 All cost and expense on repairs required on the Leased Properly which is not included in the regular maintenance or is due to Lessee’s failure to follow the maintenance schedule is using the inappropriate furl as specified by the Leased Property’s manufacturer, in using the Leased Property in an inappropriate manner and any repairs which are done without prior written lessor’s approval’ shall be borne by Lessee.
7.3 Lessee shall bear and pay all registration fees, taxes and levies (if any) which maybe imposed upon the ownership, custody or use of the leased property, including the stamp duty payable on this lease agreement.
