Quotes after due date may not be accepted!
Failure to submit a quotation in a timely fashion, or failure to respond to this RFQ in a complete, comprehensive manner, may result in your quotation not being considered. This includes completion of and timely submission of any forms the Purchasing representative enclosed with this RFQ.
You are required to:
1. Quote should be in local currency for local sourcing (THB)
2. Provide quote with delivery Inco-term to GM Thailand with DDP terms
3. Mention the Delivery Lead time along with Quote
4. Comply with GM Corporate Payment Term: MNS-2 (2nd day of the 2nd month)
5. Hazardous material must be labeled according to GM requirements and Supplier need to provide Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS)
6. Understand that this letter is not a firm order, and GM is not responsible for any Supplier activity started before the effective date of a GM Purchase Order
7. Alternatives for cost reduction will be reviewed provided they are technically viable and economical
8. RFQ response should be in English additionally it could be in Customer local language
9. Quote should be excluding of Taxes and Taxes(if any) to be mentioned separately
