DESIGN INSPIRATION
Respecting the history and evolution of Korea, our urban resort in downtown Seoul is a
harmonious confluence of modernity and ancient tradition.
Remodelled from Tower Hotel, a building designed by one of Korea's first generation
architects Kim Swoo Geon, Banyan Tree Club 8: Spa Seoul retains the original architectural
character of the building‘: facade and cross-shaped pillar, while harmonising with the lush
greenery of nearby Mount Namsam.
Step inside the resort and you will find elegant, spacious rooms and suites inspired by the
beauty of the four seasons and the five Oriental elements of water, fire, metal, wood and
earth. Combined with graceful Korean hospitality, the rooms and suites cocoons guests
in sleek l1a.rmonioru.s interiors, tastefully decorated with traditional Asian woodworks,
fabrics and motifs. The resort's award-winning spa also features natural materials and
wooden tubs to complete your urban resort experience
