ODS reverse phase (C18) column (ACE, Madrid, Spain). The
same elution solvent and method as the one described above
for HPLC–PDA were applied.
2.9. Statistical analysis
Data are expressed as means values ±95% confidence interval.
Analysis of variance was performed by one-way analysis of
variance (ANOVA) with significant differences between
means determined by the Student’s t-test. JMP Statistics software
package version 8 was used for statistical analyses (SAS
Institute Inc., NC, USA).
