The modeling method used in this study was validated with the
experimental work of Shu et al. [32]. A tube with another small
tube inside was created as two dimensional simulation model with
axial symmetry. The outer tube was 1.7 cm diameter with 5.1 cm
length, and the inner was 0.95 cm diameter with 3.6 cm length.
The catalyst was packed between the tubes, and the weight was
fixed at 11 g. The operating condition was set at 3 SC, 1067 h1
GHSV and 137 kPa. The temperature was varied from 573 to 823 K.
