General:

Pacseal is an expanded virgin PTFE Tape with a sticky back for easy of installation. Coming in various widths. Thickness and lengths, it is most suitable in flanges, manhole cover, ductwork in both critical and general service, usually used throughout the Petro-Chemical, Pharmaceutical and General Industry. Because of its capabilities to handle nearly all liquids and gases its use becomes so versatile no shop should be without it. Its limitations are that of free fluorine and temperatures in excess of 260 C.





Features:

• Asbestos free, non-toxic, non-contaminating PTFE. Can be used in any gasketing application including food, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics.
• Easy to install and remove, saves labour in cleaning and machining.
• Tough but gentle, Pacseal can be used in high-pressure steam joints and fragile glass joint the same.

Technical Data:
• Material: Virgin PTFE
• Appearance: Very White, deformable, continuous and strong.
• Temp Range ( -270 C to 260 C )
• pH: 0-14 (All fluids except free fluorine and molten alkali metals)
• Pressure : To 3000psi and beyond
