Dear Participant,
Please know that communication with AWA during your program is incredibly important. You will be required to submit an arrival check-in within 48 hours of your arrival in the U.S. and complete monthly check-ins (due every 30 days). The monthly check-ins are a quick form that you complete through your AWA account. When you communicate with any AWA staff member over the phone or via email please always state your legal first name and last name in English! Please do NOT use your nicknames. Please write in English and if you have an automatic reply set on your email kindly provide a translation in English. Always sign your emails with your legal first name and legal last name.
