Requirements:
As one of the measurements of performance of QMS, the organization shall monitor information relating to customer perception as to whther the organization has met customer requirements.
Non Conformance: The measurement of customer satisafaction for Service operation: Bolting/Machine is not maintained.
Evidence: The customer satisfaction reported in Management review on June 16 is only Services operation; Waterjet. No monitoring of customer satisfaction for Service -Bolting/machnie group.
Currently, unclear record of customer feedback initiated for Service customer (Bolt/mahine group)
