Maintenance Head’s Roles and Responsibilities (Anusorn)
- Receive maintenance e-mail within 2 hours of being sent.
- Call the customer to confirm a date and time within 3 hours.
- Inform Maintenance Department immediately of arranged plan.
- Aim to keep within the designated time frames for maintenance calls.
- Have customer sign off after work has been completed.
- Send signed document to Maintenance department.
- Ensure maintenance truck is clean and all tools in check.
- Ensure the truck always has basic maintenance equipment.
- Ensure maintenance team are presentable, polite and work within the D&W guidelines and to D&W standards.
- Ensure the work carried out is done in a clean, professional manner and to customer’s expectations.
- A full check of every frame should also be carried out on maintenance calls, not just the frame in question.
- A high level of customer service is required from the maintenance head.
- Good communication in Thai and English is expected.
