Yothin’s health condition has deteriorated as he has Heart Attack Disease, Diabetes and Lung Disease. He can’t perform his job as forklift driver and we can’t find other position to matching with his skill and his health condition. As his good contribution for all 10 years of service and good performance in 2011-2013 (rating 2 and 3). So we would like request to terminate with severance pay to align with Thai labor law. We seek approval for this case as we need to find his replacement to continue business. For the time being, we are using spare forklift driver or tally man to fill in his job temporary.
