When the Cashier receives a non-crossed cheque, the cheque needs to be crossed without delay in order that it can be surely deposited with a bank.
D. LIST OF THE COMPANY BANK ACCOUNT FOR CLIENT TO DIRECTLY DEPOSIT
In some cases, the client may prefer to directly deposit to the company bank account and make the payment by bank transfer payment (such as Credit card online, Bill payment, Media Clearing or BahtNet, etc),. For cash management efficiency and investment control purposes, the Accounting staff should inform the client to transfer to saving account of Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi or Citibank, if the client does not require any particular bank.
