I do not think we should propose a rebate system to the customer at this moment.
We need to identify the correct customer together with SFS and get their commitment first.
Important factor is we need them to buy all their salmon form SFS. (This is a MUST)
We are going to use the demo and mascot to create some activities in their stores together with some promotion on MH Salmon.
Nonetheless we will be supporting their stores with fishes when it comes to promotional period.
We can also look into the possibility to help dress up their stores with posters designed by MH and also table tent cards.
Now that we have Khun Pat, we need to do better and more when it comes to activities for the Sushi chain we can develop and work together with.
Try to get Khun Pat to think more out of the box, what else can we do, something different from others.
Talk to SFS tomorrow when you meet them and see do they have any other ideals on what to do and revert.
