Hi ! My partner forgot his phone (Samsung S5) at Chiang Mai Domestic Airport on Friday 7 October 2016 in Terminal 3 at the departure gate before our flight WE 163 to Bangkok. I called the lost & found office when we landed in Bangkok and gave them my contact informations : violette.vauchelle@gmail.com (I don't have a Thai mobile number, I only have my French number : +33782227515 and I am currently travelling). I have received an email from a staff member who sent it from his personal address : Duangthip Thaveesri (d.thaveesri@gmail.com). That person told me our phone has been found. The item number is 1412/59. Is there an email address on which I can contact the lost & found office ? I would like to get the phone back but we will not be back to Chiang Mai before a few weeks. How long can it stay at the lost & found office ? Can I send a friend to pick it up for me ? Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you !
