It looks fine but I want to make sure there are scores for 5 things
• Trial question ( BC must ask every single consumer whether or not she has used Olay before or not and why )
• Ability to change/convince Non Olay user to be a Trial consumer ( So if BC can close the sale , they should get scores )
• Power claim – you already have it !
• Reason to believe ( BC is able to explain how Olay is relevant to consumer’s needs ) – Please add a question (e.g. I am still young , I don t think Olay is the brand for me BC must be able to solve this issue )
• Point of different ( BC is able to answer why Olay is better/superior to other brands ) – Please add a question ( e.g. why should I buy Olay eye cream rather than L’Oreal ? )
