X-ray diffraction analysis of the starch samples was performed
in triplicate using an X-ray diffractometer (Bruker AXS, Bruker
Corporation, Germany) under the following conditions, X-ray tube
Cu-Ka (nickel filter), 40 kV, voltage of 100 mA, scanning form of 2h
of 5–40, step width of 0.05, and continuous scan.
