• Prepare cash reconciliations and ensure proper petty cash maintenance
• Work closely with Sales Training Manager for the training of all frontline staff Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlets in his designated area.
• Maintains the Petty Cash Fund of his designated area and prepare reports for budgeting and tracking purposes.
• Maintain Express Center Cash shipment data
• Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between Express Centers country office
• Monitor area performance by implementing a store scorecard sheet.
• Review and analyst the most effective uses of shipment automation and customer take up at Point-of-Sale (POS)
• Implement store hours that is most reflective of the needs of customers and ensure that this is consistently implemented in his given area
• Handle the roistering of store officers and ensure that all frontline staff in his given area has low absenteeism, low in tardiness, is properly groomed at all times.
• Ensure that outlets in his given area all have proper supplies and marketing collaterals.
• Monitor staff performance regularly and conduct training or mentoring to staff as he deem fit.
• Develop and inculcate a high performance service culture within the functional area. Plan, organize and support an efficient and effective team of retail store officers in a given area.
• Manage and infuse a close-knit team spirit.
• Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled team
• Coach and develop strong skills and capabilities of subordinate(s).
