The hypotheses are confirmed using PLS for structural equation analysis, with the structural model results as shown in table 2. customers who accept positive electronic word-of-mouth have higher behavioral intentions, but as this is not statistically significant,H1 is not supported; however, when customers have less positive customer expectations, it would actually elevate their behavioral intentions
