Job Scope
- Perform as an account manager of the assigned customers with consultative selling and
also handling their inquiries, requests and feedback properly and timely.
- Proactively response to customers in order to enhance their satisfaction of bank service.
- Conduct Up sell and cross sell Bank products and service to customers.
- Visit customers as scheduled and case by case
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree of related fields
-At least 1 year experience in Call Center for customer service or telesales position in
banking, financial or telecommunication business
- Enthusiastic to learn and to accomplish sell target
- Have a service mind
- Be team player
-General banking knowledge, banking product knowledge
