Name: Hello, what’s going on with you guys? I’m on a diet because I think I am too fat now. I eat only when hungry and I play sports 3 days a week.
Fern: I’m trying to lose weight too. I try to reduce the amount of fat I eat. I usually eat wholegrain foods, such as whole meal bread or brown rice. I also do aerobics at the gym.
Nid: For me, I want to have good health so I practice healthy eating habits. I especially like health food! I drink adequate amounts of water, at least eight glasses daily.
Ja: I was so sick last week but now, I am recovering. I went to see the doctor and he gave me the advice to not get sick again. For example, getting enough sleep, getting some fresh air and doing some exercise.
Aoy: I had headache yesterday so I went to the drugstore that sells health care products and medicine. I got Paracetamol. I am getting better this morning. The pharmacist said if I don’t feel better today I should go see the doctor but fortunately, I am all fine now.
