In order to proceed with your withdrawal request via bank wire transfer, the following is required:
1> Ensure that your bank account details in "My DMM FX" account is updated with the bank details specifying your banks correct IBAN number (if possible for non Australian bank accounts) in the account number field.
2> Please submit a clear and recent copy of your bank statement issued within the last 3 months. This bank statement must state:
Your full name
Full residential address
Bank account details (including IBAN if possible).
The details on the bank statement must match with the nominated bank details under your DMM FX account. Please update the bank details if they are incorrect via My DMMFX. Please be aware these requirements are for the safety of your funds.
Your withdrawal request may be cancelled after 2 business days and may need to be resubmitted if there is no response.
