Can the period be stated in the quotation? That is the quotation is for period from 1 Aug 2016 to 31 Dec 2021.
Please note that item (3) should be 2,000 bahts, please amend and resend us the revised fee quotation with the period indicated to be included.

The fee quoted for item (2) and (3), don’t seem correct when compared to the contact signed for quotation no. Q625/JN/2013? Per quotation Q625/JN/2013, 10 cartons delivery service charge should be THB2,000 (10 units x 20-Baht x 10times) and not 3,000Baht. Same for the Re-pick up service fee, should be 2,000-Baht as well. Please advise.

As Leadon has filed for dissolution and this 5 years contract should be considered as the final agreed fee payment after which there won’t be any more payments to Datasafe. Anyway after when the company completed its liquidation, the company will no longer be there. My question is what if there are more boxes for storage out of the 78 cartons agreed, will there be subsequent charges? We would like to agreed on the final fee payment so that there will be no more payments to be made to Datasafe since the company is in the dissolution process.
