As we were too hurry to take our limo and return to bangkok city, we forgot to pass the attached questionnaire to the front desk during check-out. We are now send the completed questionnaire for your necessary action.
Actually, we would like to thank the staff at front desk on 14 Oct morning and afternoon who helped us to confirm our booking with limo's driver, borrow the DVDs and direct us for the dinner restaurant, however, we forgot the name of the lady, it would be much grateful if you could extend our appreciation to her.
