They clarified us that this is UASC's policy that is they must contact cnee at destination before to make sure that cnee has in fact company and need the cargo.
As explaination to you by phone, the carrier UASC still couldn't contact cnee and didn't get any reply from cnee yet till moment.
For the first shipment ETD 30/01/16, we asked UASC to unlock system and release B/L to us before because of too late and the sale person of UASC do negotiated with the person in charge and allowed to release B/L to us before.
For the second shipment ETD 10/02/16, they really need to proceed it according their policy that is they need to contact cnee and make sure that they can contact and need the cargo in order to avoid further problem when the cargo reach at port.
We don't know what wrong between your cnee and UASC at destination. Nevertheless, would you please kindly assist to inform your cnee to contact UASC at Egypt instead to avoid delay problem.
