Regarding Rapid test reader LP-100 S/N : LP141924524,
After we try to checked reader and we are accept directory not found results on display. (please see picture in attachments)
This problem may be reader is something wrong.
So, We would like to claim items as following,
- 1 unit (Rapid test reader S/N : LP141924524)
Invoice no. : LNHFI09557
Invoice date : 26-Sep-16
Can you please start claim process and send reader replacement?
