THE EFFECTS OF CLOUD LEARNING MODEL
TO ENHANCE THE CRITICAL OF USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
INTRODUCTION
Currently, information technology have a role in the development in almost every aspect, including in the educational management. Information technology have an important role as both main and support tool required to supply and used in educational management as to the nature of education follows the spirit of Act of national education. The direction and policies of Thailand education must perform urgently, in order to keep pace with advances in technology that affect the properties and the quality of the future workforce. Therefore, the educational management had to have more knowledge about the new technology in the course of teaching and updated to keep pace with changing technology.

MATERIALS AND METHODS
Target group: The 29 undergraduate learners in the first year who were enrolled in 7010101 information technology fundamentals.
Instruments: The instruments used in the experiment is cloud learning model consists of edmodo, google drive, and google docs. The instruments used in collect data were learning achievement test and critical assessment of using in information technology that measures ICT literacy through seven performance areas, which represent important problem-solving and critical thinking aspects of ICT literacy skill.
Experimental procedures: This study is pre-experimental research one group posttest only design. The steps are as follows: 1) Explained to the learners about learning process. 2) Conducted experiments by cloud learning model. 3) After all of the content of learning activities, learners were tested by using a learning achievement test and assessed critical of using in information technology. And 4) Summarizes the experimental results.
Analytics:
1. Compare learning achievement against criteria 80 percent.
2. The learners’ critical of using information technology.
RESULTS
1. The students’ learning achievements
The mean post test score was 42.55 percentage of mean was 85.10 and compared to the threshold found that the significant equal to .000 considering the significant value which was less than the value a was set to0.05 indicates that the learning achievement of the learners were statistically significant above 80 percent.
2. The learners’ critical of using information technology
Learners’ critical thinking skill in information technology were as a whole at a high level, mean was 4.01 and standard deviation was .80.
CONCLUSIONS AND DISCUSSION
The learning with cloud learning model differs from a traditional lecture classes due to learner can use information technology to searching communicate and share information via the cloud system. The learning activities by cloud learning model were affect to learning achievements due to learners can access and act on the information easily, anywhere, anytime, including the exchange of information to share with the class. Cause a variety of learning. Including communications together to exchange ideas and shared learning. It is able to effectively facilitate student reflection abilities and enhance their learning motivation.
Moreover, the learning by cloud learning is also promote the critical in using of information technology, that is learner can define by using digital tools to identify and represent an information need. They can collect and retrieve information by google docs that they can real-time collaborative editing of media not only possible, but engaging and, at times, spectacular. The cloud also supports simpler and more compelling of digital work in digital portfolios that learner can constructing information in digital environments and disseminating information in an effective digital format.
