• In only two quarters, Q2 and Q3 2014, did KTech tender for sufficient work to win the target workload at current success rate of tendering;
• The corollary is that for the immediate future, the success in covering company overheads is dependent on a single project, Manor Sanambinam.
• Q4 2014 and Q1 and Q2 2015 confirms that there is a trend downward in tendering opportunities and associated success in securing work.
In conclusion, neither our current tendering volume nor success in securing contracts is at a level which is considered adequate or safe. Ideally, we should be securing a base load of work from “ordinary” projects and the “extraordinary” projects such as Manor Sanambinam should be providing extraordinary increase in profitability.
