Following yesterday’s meeting
Can I please get a time plan to address the safety issues in the Main Kitchen.
I’m aware that it is a sort notice but I have a restaurant to open in 7 days. And need to know my staff safety is assured.
I have asked Chef Oat to co-ordinate the Old kitchen equipment move with your department if you can organize some transport.
Needs to be finished by Monday the 21st 5pm please. The kitchen staff will assist in the man power for this move.
