Please allow me to point out the usual service standards for SSI Schaefer as follows:
The SSI Schaefer HQ is requesting a very closer communication and expects some broader service than usual. Therefore, we have the following service standards additionally agreed:
· Preliminary information about upcoming meetings with the local subsidiary incl. brief agenda + all meetings have to be summarised in a meeting report. The report has to be arranged in English or German
· claims reporting for liability and property only – data has to be summarized in a special excel list which we will forward to UIB twice a year (in February for the past 3rd and 4th Quarter of the former year and in July for the past 1st and 2nd Quarter of the present year).
· A claims manual has been issued and is part of the group philosophy of SSI Schaefer. Please find it attached.
· Please announce any claim estimated above 25,000 EUR loss value.
· Renewal confirmation has to be provided prior to the expiry date.
· Renewal Details have to be entered and updated into our online reporting tool Centoris on request or 3 month after renewal at the very latest.
· Business description will be checked with you in the 1st Quarter of every year.
· Changes of the contact person (we have an excel sheet which we will be forward to you) will be requested in the 1st Quarter of every year. Please announce any changes within one year to us automatically.
· Immediate Information if any problem between you and the local manager or with the program carrier arises.
Please bear in mind that the standard must be secured every time.
