Everybody has different potential and skills. Consequently, good supervisors should look at the positive aspects of their subordinates. They should know and understand an individual subordinate's potential and skills. They should pay attention to his/her good points in order to assign work that he/she is skillful in so that his/her contribution will be worthwhile for the organization. Do not judge that he/she is incapable only because he/she cannot do the jobs we have assigned.
