Bass (1985) suggested a new model in relation to leadership based on certain leadership studies. This suggested model is comprised of two dimensions: Transformational and transactional leadership. Transformational leadership is defined as a move beyond transactions aimed at designating needs of the followers and affecting their values in order
to improve their success and satisfaction (Bass, 1985; Korek, Felfe, & Zaepernick-Rothe, 2010).
